An Introduction to REAP: A Method for Studying the Bible introduces people to REAP, a way to study the Bible. REAP stands for four terms: read, examine, apply, and pray. The first portion of the journal defines those terms, and then provides examples of the REAP process.
The second portion of the journal introduces genre, the different kinds of writing found in the Bible, along with a four-week guided study of the Bible. By learning about genre and following the guided questions and prompts, the person using this journal will develop a discipline of reading the Bible and be reminded of how good and lovely God is.
